If an item/items purchased is not available, Staerk will notify the customer at the email address provided within 3 business days. The item/items will be removed from the order and the customer will not be charged for the item or applicable shipping costs.
Returns:
Full-price purchases can be returned or exchanged if you are not completely satisfied, under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase accompanied by a sales receipt and bearing original price tags.

Items returned must be in perfect condition. We will not refund or exchange any garment that is worn, altered, or damaged in any way. Shoes that show any wear will not be accepted for return/exchange.

Discount or sale purchases are final-no returns or exchanges.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. You can also choose to exchange for an item of equal value or a store credit.

We will only refund the price of the item returned. We will not refund original shipping charges, or pay return shipping costs.
